Data Automation Quick Overview
Data Automation Page lets you create your Import and Export Jobs, setup Juniper Data Integration, FTP Sites, and API configuration.
Based on your Account Configuration, you will see some or all of 5 tabs on Data Automation Page:
- Import Jobs
- Export Jobs
- Juniper Data Integration
- FTP Connections
- API Information
The first tab you should start working with is the FTP Connections tab, as this is where you define all of your FTP connections which Import and Export Jobs will depend on.
Once you Add an FTP connection, you can start setting up your Imports and Export using your FTP Sites:
Import Jobs Tab lets you create an import job from a certain FTP location into CRM. There are Several Templates that allow an easy and timeless configuration:
Exports Tab is similar in design. There are two available jobs that could be set: Booking Export and CRM Export. CRM Export contains full data dump including Customers, Products, and Bookings. Booking Export offers more details on orders and produces two files: one containing Order Summary and another containing Actual Items:
Juniper Data Integration Tab allows you to schedule all necessary jobs for Pharos B2B Integration.
API Information Tab is designed for a quick and easy Integration with your middleware solution. This tab is also a home to a link that contains information of API versions and Methods:
