Navigate to the Pharos Bookings tab.
Select the booking(s) you would like to export, you will then see the Export button turn blue.
Select Export. You have the option of either Export or Export & Mark Delivered. If you want to keep track of which orders have been downloaded, choosing Export & Mark Delivered will export your orders and automatically change the Status to ‘Delivered’.
An excel file will then download to your computer, if you have trouble locating it please check your downloads folder.
The file will contain two tabs, one for the header and one for the details.
