Troubleshooting: Yellow 'Error' on the Options Tab

- Tap on Options and scroll down to the Data Sync section.
- Tap on each (i) icon next to 'Done' on the righthand side for each row (Catalogs, Catalog Images, Category Images, Customers, Media Library, Products, Product Images, Product Media).
- If any have failed, tap on the number next to failed. Then tap the refresh icon in the upper right corner of the pop-up window to resync the failed items.
