How to Include Image URLs to your Data Exports
1) Navigate to ‘Manage Export Templates’ from the Export tab. Create a new template or click edit to include image URLs on an existing template.
2) Add one or multiple fields and find “Image URL” in the dropdown list under Source Field Name. Each number will correspond to the order of images for any given product. For example, the master image of your product will be assigned to Image URL 1. The following images will be assigned to Image URL 2, Image URL 3, etc. respectively. Note: the number of Image URL fields will correspond to the max number of images any one product has. If one of your products has 10 images, and all the rest only have 5, you will still have up to 10 Image URL fields. If you map all 10 URL fields on a template, then for all other products there will only be data in the first 5 image URL fields, and data in all 10 fields for the one product which has 10 linked images.
3) Once you have added the number of Image URL fields necessary, save and next. If there are no additional transformations to be made, click Save and Yes to continue to your Templates page.
4) When exporting data, you may now select the template that you previously saved. Enter the SKUs you would like to export. If you would like to export all SKUs, leave the SKUs box blank. Filter your export by a project and add rules and filters if applicable. Lastly, determine if you want your data downloaded to your computer or exported to an FTP, then click
