Follow these steps to find all open carts for new customers (leads) that were creating during market.
Login to CRM and navigate to Customers/Leads in the left menu.
Select the dropdown for Type and select "All Leads".
Select the dropdown for Activity and select "Carts".
Select "Apply Filter" and you will see all new customers (leads) in your territory, as well as the number of open carts in their account through the app.
Select the number of open carts to review in CRM. Or you can also find the lead in the app to review their open carts.
