To add contacts in Pharos CRM:
1. Select ‘Customers/Leads’.
2. Use the search bar to find your customer. You can also filter by Company, Type, Activity, Location, Activity Date, and Tag.
3. Select the customer profile to see the customer details.
4. Then on the bottom right, select ‘+New Contact’.
5.Fill out the profile fields and select ‘Create’ to save the new contact.
