In Pharos CRM you can edit billing and shipping addresses for customers and leads
To update a Customer or Lead
1. Select ‘Customers/Leads.
2. Search the customer you’re looking for.
3. Select the customer.
4. Select billing or shipping from the account details dropdown depending on which you wish to update.
5. Find the address you need to update and select the edit (pencil) icon and add or change any information you need for any of the fields.
6. Select the save button and the address you've edited will be updated.
